Sustainable building without compromise

With over 30 years of experience in construction and project development, MarCosta Design was founded to translate that knowledge and expertise into a new standard for sustainable living. A new company, built on a solid foundation, with a clear vision for the future.

At MarCosta Design, we believe that sustainable building goes beyond simply saving energy. It is about comfort, safety, and future-proof living without compromising on quality or the overall living experience.

We specialize in energy neutral construction and deliver homes that meet the highest standards, with an A+++ energy rating as our benchmark. Thanks to innovative building techniques, traditional columns are no longer required, and walls are constructed in a single integrated process that meets the most stringent insulation standards.

Our strength lies in collaboration. Together with a network of highly qualified specialists and carefully selected subcontractors, we form a solid team where craftsmanship, reliability, and precision are at the core.

For optimal living comfort, we work with the KNX system for full home automation and with Daikin for heating, cooling, and hot water supply. Solar panels are standard and, in combination with battery storage, ensure maximum energy independence.

Safety is essential. Batteries are installed in specially designed, 36-hour fire-resistant rooms, equipped with an advanced foam-based fire suppression system that displaces oxygen within seconds and immediately neutralizes fire.

Water is also used sustainably. Rainwater is collected, purified, and stored in large tanks, with separate circuits for household use and applications such as garden irrigation, toilet flushing, and car washing.
