Sustainable building without compromise

 

After more than 30 years of experience in construction and project development, MarCosta Design was founded to translate that knowledge and expertise into a new standard in sustainable living. A new company with a solid past and a clear vision for the future. At MarCosta Design, we believe that sustainable building goes beyond saving energy alone. It is about comfort, safety, and future-proofing, without compromising on quality or the living experience.

 

We specialize in energy-neutral construction and realize homes that meet the highest standards, with an A+++ energy label as the starting point. Thanks to innovative construction techniques, traditional columns are unnecessary, and walls meet the strictest insulation requirements in a single integrated construction process.

 

Our strength lies in collaboration. Together with a network of highly qualified specialists and carefully selected subcontractors, we form a solid team where craftsmanship, reliability, and precision are central.

 

For optimal living comfort, we work with the KNX system for complete home automation and with Daikin for heating, cooling, and hot water supply. Solar panels are integrated as standard and, in combination with battery storage, ensure maximum energy independence.

Safety is essential in this regard. Batteries are installed in specially designed, 36-hour fire-resistant rooms, equipped with an advanced foam-based fire extinguishing system that displaces oxygen within seconds and immediately neutralizes the fire.

 

Water is also used sustainably at our facility. Rainwater is collected, purified, and stored in large water tanks, with separate circuits for domestic use and for applications such as garden irrigation, toilet flushing, and car washing.
