This property was designed and built with a single guiding principle: maximum freedom in space, technology, and sustainability – without visible structural limitations.
Project: San Rafael - Alfaz del Pi
This home in San Rafael - Alfaz del Pi was entirely designed by MarcCosta Design, both architecturally and structurally. This is no coincidence, but a deliberate design philosophy. Instead of standard solutions and structural excess, the aim here is to find an optimal balance between safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Project: La Nucía–Bello Horizonte
This home in La Nucía, Bello Horizonte, has a unique origin story. Not because the project was fixed from day one, but precisely because it evolved during construction. This makes the house a good example of how we handle complex initial situations, limited information, and budgetary constraints.
